All cancellation requests will be placed on a 3-day hold for confirmation. During this period, customers may revoke their request and continue using the service.
Data Retention Fee
If a customer wishes to save their data after cancellation, a $20 data retention fee applies. Data will be stored for up to 30 days post-cancellation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.
Mid-Month Cancellations & Deductions
If cancellation occurs mid-billing cycle, the cost of DIDs (phone numbers) will be deducted from any remaining balance or charged separately.
No prorated refunds for unused days within the billing cycle.
Final Confirmation & Account Closure
After the 3-day hold period, if the request is not revoked, the cancellation will be processed, and access to the system will be removed. Any outstanding fees must be settled before account closure.
